Washing: Hand wash in cold water using a gentle detergent to protect both cotton and Aso Oke detailing.

Drying: Air dry flat or hang dry in a shaded area. Do not tumble dry to avoid stretching the Aso Oke detailing.

Ironing: Iron cotton areas on medium heat and use low heat for Aso Oke sections, with a pressing cloth for protection.

Avoid: Scrubbing or over-handling the Aso Oke detailing, bleach, and high heat.

Processing Time
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Typically, it takes us 3 business days to process your order. Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

During sales or busy periods, processing may take a bit longer—usually 4 to 5 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we’re working hard to get your items to you as soon as we can!

Shipping Timeline
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! For orders within Lagos, you can expect delivery within 24-48 hours after processing. If you’re in other parts of Nigeria, shipping will take 2-7 days, and international orders 7-14 days depending on location. (Uk – typically 5 days , US /Canada- typically 7 days)

Please keep in mind that shipping times are separate from processing times. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and we’re here if you have any questions or concerns.

Pre-Order Items
When you see an item marked as ‘PRE-ORDER,’ it means it requires a bit more time to process (2 weeks)and will be dispatched later than usual. The specific dispatch dates are mentioned in the product description and can vary from item to item. If you choose to order a ‘PRE-ORDER – [name of item],’ your order will be placed on a waiting list and shipped out within the time frame or on the date provided in the product description.

Dispatch Notification
If you haven’t received a dispatch or delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please reach out to us at delivery@noahbywma.com with your order number. We’re here to help and will look into it right away.

Item Not Delivered?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days as packages can sometimes be delayed. Once items are dispatched, it’s up to the postal service to ensure they reach you. While we can’t offer refunds for lost packages, we will happily resend items if your package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges
When shipping internationally (outside of Nigeria), please be aware that your order may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s government. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges, as they differ from country to country.

We understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help. All our items are exchangeable. 

To make sure your exchange goes smoothly, please ensure the item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Please note that exchanges must be applied for within 3 days of receiving your item.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with easy instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent without prior approval may not be accepted, and we want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for you.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange, and unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you through the process.
